In addition to our surveying work (pre-acquisition and condition) and professional work (dilapidations and party wall) we have experience of delivering a number of industrial and warehouse projects across the United Kingdom. 

Types of projects recently completed include:

• Employers Agent Role for the construction of a new factory unit extension and showroom on a contaminated ‘brown field’ site.
• Employers Agent Role for the construction of a number of new large warehouse units and infrastructure works. Including subsequent fit out of a number of the units.
• Project Monitoring of infrastructure works and new build automated and temperature controlled warehouses.
• Refurbishment of existing factory premises to provide design modelling and office accommodation.
